About Handyman Near You LLC
An owner-operated handyman and rental-maintenance company in Bothell, Washington. You work directly with Ben, the owner, from the first photo to the final invoice.
Meet Ben
Benjamin Noble (Ben) started Handyman Near You LLC in Bothell in 2025. Before that, he spent years in apartment maintenance, where repairs had to be done right the first time and units had to be ready on a deadline. The business runs the same way: quick response, proper fix, and clear notes.
Most work is for homeowners, landlords and property managers: everyday repairs, painting, fences, appliance diagnosis and rental turnovers. Jobs are quoted after we see them, often from photos, and every job ends with an itemized invoice and before-and-after photos.

What we don't do
Electrical, plumbing and gas work. Washington requires licensed electricians, plumbers and gas fitters for it, so we don't do it ourselves. As a registered general contractor we bring in a licensed trade for that part of a project and coordinate the schedule.
