Common questions
Can you handle several small repairs in one visit?
Yes. Grouping repairs into one list is usually faster and cheaper than separate calls. Send everything you have and it gets scheduled together.
Will you need to come out before giving a price?
Often not. Clear photos and a short description are usually enough to quote small repairs. Larger or hidden problems may need a quick look first.
Do you bring the hardware and parts?
Usually, yes. Common hardware like hinges, strike plates, door stops and caulk comes along, and specific parts are picked up once the job is confirmed. Materials are listed on the estimate and invoice, or you can supply your own.
Can you mount grab bars and handrails so they hold?
Yes. Grab bars and handrails are fastened into framing or solid blocking, not only drywall anchors, and each one is checked for movement before the job is closed out.
Do you patch drywall?
Yes. Small holes, dents and doorknob damage are patched, sanded and primed, then painted to match when you have the paint. Larger damaged areas are estimated after a look.
What if the problem turns out to be electrical or plumbing?
You'll hear that before any work starts. Washington requires a licensed contractor for electrical, plumbing and gas work, so that part goes to one, coordinated with the rest of your list or referred to you directly.
