Common questions
Can you repair my washer or dryer?
Many washer and dryer problems come down to one worn part. It gets diagnosed, the correct part is ordered by model number, and it's installed and tested.
Do you hook up gas appliances or recharge refrigerators?
No. Gas connections go to a licensed gas fitter, and refrigerant work goes to a certified appliance or HVAC technician. Diagnosis, part replacement, removal and plug-in installs are handled here.
Which appliances do you work on?
Mostly washers and dryers: diagnosis, parts and testing. We also swap refrigerators, install plug-in appliances, reconnect dryer vents and haul old units away.
How do you find the right part?
From the brand and model number, usually on a sticker inside the door or lid or on the back. Send a photo of the sticker with your request and the part can often be identified before the visit.
Is an older washer or dryer worth repairing?
Often, when the problem is one worn part like a lid switch, belt or actuator. If a repair doesn't make sense for the age and condition of the machine, you'll hear that before any parts are ordered.
Do you install new appliances?
Plug-in appliances, yes: set in place, leveled, plugged into an existing outlet and tested, with the old one hauled away if you like. Anything that needs a new gas line, a new circuit or a new water line is done by a licensed trade.
