Do you paint whole rooms or just touch-ups?

Both. Touch-ups, single walls, full rooms, trim and doors are all common requests.

Can you get a rental unit paint-ready between tenants?

Yes. Patching and paint prep are part of most turnovers and are scheduled around the move-out and move-in dates.

Do you supply the paint?

Either way works. We can pick up the paint, or use paint you already have. Bring the color name or a leftover can, and the paint is listed on the estimate as its own line.

How do you protect floors and furniture?

Floors are covered with drop cloths, furniture is moved or covered, and edges are taped where needed. Cleanup is part of the job.

Can you cover nicotine or smoke stains?

Will touch-ups match the existing wall?

Usually. With the color name or a chip from the wall the color can be matched, and the sheen (flat, eggshell, satin or semi-gloss) is matched to what's there so touch-ups blend in.
